What you buy

You buy an analysis of one photo: 40 measurements, a report with recommendations, and an image with the measurements drawn on it, so you can see where the numbers come from.

The recommendations are non-surgical: skin, brows, beard, hair, styling. Some may be treatments that require a professional. Where that is the case, the report says so.

An annual package gives you a number of reports to use over the period. Unused reports expire at the end of it.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT. The price is shown clearly before you pay.

Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe. We never receive your card details. The amount is charged when you complete the purchase.

When you get your report

Measurement takes seconds. A person then reviews the report, and that part usually takes a day.

If your photo will not do — too dark, blurry, head turned — we say so immediately and tell you what to fix. Your report is not spent, and you can upload a new photo without paying again.

If we find nothing to recommend, we say so. We do not invent a problem because you paid.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw from a digital service.

If you ask us to start immediately — that is, you upload a photo and receive a report within the 14 days — the right of withdrawal for that report ends once it is delivered. You confirm this before you upload.

If you bought a package and used only some of the reports, you can withdraw from the unused ones within the period.

Complaints

If something is wrong with what you received, write to kontakt@konturstudio.app. You have two years to complain.

You may also complain to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Centre for Complaint Resolution, or use the European Commission’s complaints portal.

What we do not promise

We do not promise a result. We measure your face and describe what can be changed without surgery — whether you do it, and what happens then, is up to you.

We do not give percentiles or comparisons with other people. We have no data for that, and numbers without a basis are guesswork.

The report is not a medical assessment.
